Built line-by-line from the UGL CO2 Greenfields Project Agreement 2025. Pick your ticket, set your swing, and check every wage code — then let it write the dispute email if something's off.
This job guarantees 168 paid hours per work cycle — day shift. Every cycle should pay every one of them. (The Agreement's base definition is 166.5h — mob 6h + 13 × 12h + demob 4.5h, cl.17(10) — and cl.17(11) commits the Company to ensuring you work the full cycle where possible.) Add up the paid hours across the payslips covering one full swing and check it here. Edit the target if your roster letter says different.
Type in the balances from the Leave Balances box on your payslip. The value of each is calculated at its correct payout rate — they're different, and that's exactly where payout errors hide.
Clause 4(2) of your Agreement expressly preserves the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) — applied on petroleum and geothermal sites like Barrow Island through the WHS (Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Operations) Regulations 2022. That matters for pay: safety events have specific pay rules, and raising them is legally protected conduct (WHS Act s.104-105). Tick what happened and generate the email.
Or type the wage lines in manually (code & name, units, rate — negatives included). Check any scanned numbers against the paper before relying on them, then run the audit: every line is cross-checked against the agreement and anything they've messed up gets priced.
